To make Christmas Ribbon:
2 packages (4 serving size each) or 1 package (8 serving size) strawberry jello
5 cups boiling water, divided
2/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt, divided
2 packages (4 serving size each) or 1 package (8 serving size) lime jello
Dissolve strawberry flavor gelatin in 2 1/2 cups of the boiling water. Pour 1 1/2 cups gelatin into a 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 30 minutes. Chill remaining gelatin in a bowl until slightly thickened; gradually blend in 1/3 cup of the sour cream. Spoon over gelatin in mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.
Repeat with lime flavor jello, using remaining 2 1/2 cups boiling water and 1/3 cup sour cream. Chill dissolved gelatin before measuring and pouring into mold. Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold. Makes 12 servings.
