To make macaroni with meat sauce:
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
2 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 (4oz) can of mushrooms
1 (8 oz) pkg elbow macaroni, cooked
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oil; add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft but not brown. Add beef; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms; heat to boiling. Arrange macaroni on a large, heated serving platter. Pour meat over macaroni. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
