Cream Cheese Blintzes

1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
Sour cream

Stir together milk, flour, eggs, butter, sugar and salt; beat until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes.
For each blintz, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased 8 inch skillet. Cook one side only until underside is lightly browned.
Spread browned side with cream cheese; roll up, folding sides toward center.
Before serving, brown in remaining butter. Top with preserves and sour cream.
