Kentucky Corn Pudding

Cut kernels from 5 ears of corn.
Add 1 teaspoon salt;
1/8 teaspoon pepper;
1/4 cup sugar;
2 slightly beaten eggs;
2 tablespoons melted butter;
1 1/2 cups milk.
Bake in casserole in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until firm.
