Seafood Quiche

1 (9 inch) ready to bake pie crust;
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese;
8 oz. pkg. crab meat or flakes;
1/2 cup green onion;
2 tablespoons flour;
1/2 tsp salt; dash of pepper;
4 eggs;
1 1/4 cups half and half.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll pastry into a 13 inch circle on lightly floured surface. Place in a 10 inch pie plate. Turn under and flute the edge. Sprinkle cheese, crab, onion, flour and seasonings in pie plate. Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. 

You can substitute whatever cheese you wish for the Swiss.
